Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
